How to Enter: During the Contest Period, there are two (2) ways to enter the Contest:
a. Twitter: Log in to or create your Twitter account and follow @MellowMushroom. Tweet a photo that shows you and one (1) other individual who meets the eligibility requirements set forth in Section 1 above and include the hashtag #MellowStellaContest (collectively, your “Submission”). In order for your entry to be valid, your Twitter account must be public and thus viewable by the Sponsor and its agents.
b. Instagram: Log in to or create your Instagram account, follow @MellowMushroom, and post your Submission to your Instagram feed. In order for your Submission to be valid, the “Photos Are Private” option in your Instagram account settings must be set to “OFF” so that your Instagram profile is public and thus viewable by the Sponsor and its agents.
Winner Determination: After the conclusion of the Contest Period, a panel of qualified judges determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion will select the potential winner from among all eligible Submissions based on the following criteria (“Judging Criteria”):
Creativity/Originality (40%);
Excitement, Enthusiasm, and Charisma of entrant conveyed in Submission (20%)
Quality of Submission (20%); and
Fit to Contest Theme (20%)
Prize: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A Grand Prize travel package. Travel package includes a $500 travel voucher (terms and conditions apply); two (2) nights’ accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion in a destination city of the winner’s choice (single room, double occupancy, up to $500 in total value); and a $1,000 spending allowance that may be used for dinner, shopping, or entertainment. Travel voucher and hotel accommodations are subject to availability and blackout dates. All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in or covered by the package description above, including but not limited to, airfare, ground transportation, meals, incidentals, gratuities, passenger tariffs or duties, airline fees, surcharges, airport fees, service charges or facility charges, personal charges at lodging, security fees, taxes or other expenses are the responsibility solely of winner. Approximate Retail Value: $2,000.
