PRIZES
First Prize: There will be six (6) first prizes (each a “First Prize”) awarded, one to each First Prize Winner. The First Prize will consist of a DVD prize pack (DVDs included will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) of each First Prize is one hundred and sixty dollars ($160). ERV of all First Prizes is nine hundred and sixty dollars ($960).
Grand Prize: There will be one (1) grand prize (“Grand Prize” and together with First Prizes, collectively referred to herein as “Prizes”) awarded to Grand Prize Winner. The Grand Prize Winner may choose the Grand Prize that they will be awarded from the following options. No combination of Prizes will be awarded.
Grand Prize Choice # 1 – A three (3) day, two (2) night vacation for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest (“Guest”) to Los Angeles, CA for an NBC Experience (“NBC Trip”). The NBC Trip includes: 1) round-trip coach class domestic air transportation for two (2) from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest Grand Prize Winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to one of the major gateway airports nearest Los Angeles (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); 2) two (2) nights hotel accommodations in a Los Angeles metropolitan area hotel (standard room, double occupancy), as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion; 3) two (2) tickets to attend a taping of The Tonight Show scheduled to take place before August 16, 2011 (or on such other date as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); 4) round trip ground transportation between the airport and the hotel, and the hotel and the taping of the Show; and 5) two hundred dollars ($200) (to Grand Prize Winner only) to be awarded as a check made payable to Grand Prize Winner or in such other form as determined by Sponsor in itsr sole discretion.
Grand Prize Choice # 2 – A three (3) day, two (2) night vacation for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) Guest to Los Angeles, CA to attend a Red Carpet Movie Premier (“Movie Trip”). The Movie Trip includes: round-trip coach class domestic air transportation for two (2) from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest Grand Prize Winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to one of the major gateway airports nearest Los Angeles (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); 2) two (2) nights hotel accommodations in a Los Angeles metropolitan area hotel (standard room, double occupancy), as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion; 3) round trip ground transportation between the hotel and the movie premier; 4) one (1) five hundred dollar ($500) gift certificate for the Grand Prize Winner to get his/her hair and make-up done at a salon to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
Grand Prize Choice # 3 – A three (3) day, two (2) night vacation for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) Guest to New York, NY for a “Good Got Better Experience” (“Good Got Better Trip”). The Good Got Better Trip includes: 1) round-trip coach class domestic air transportation for two (2) from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest Grand Prize Winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to one of the major gateway airports nearest New York, NY (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); 2) two (2) nights hotel accommodations in a New York City metropolitan area hotel (standard room, double occupancy), as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion; 3) one (1) one thousand dollar ($1,000) AMEX gift card for a shopping spree, and 4) one (1) five hundred dollar ($500) AMEX gift card for a shopping spree for Guest.
Grand Prize Choice # 4 – A three (3) day, two (2) night hotel stay for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) Guest to New York Fashion Week September 2011 (“Style by Bravo Trip”). The Style by Bravo Trip includes: 1) round-trip coach class domestic air transportation for two (2) from a major U.S gateway airport nearest Grand Prize Winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to one of the major gateway airports nearest New York, New York 2) two (2) night hotel accommodation in a New York City metropolitan area hotel (standard room, double occupancy), as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion; 3) ground transportation to and from the New York, New York airport and the hotel; 4) two (2) New York City Fashion Week September 2011 tickets; and 5) one (1) eight hundred dollar ($800) AMEX gift card for Winner to use for a shopping spree.
Grand Prize Choice # 5 – A Shop-O-holic Experience, which includes: 1) one (1) hour with a personal shopper for the Grand Prize Winner and one (1)Guest. Grand Prize Winner may choose the retail store, but it will be subject to Sponsor’s approval in its sole discretion, and 2) one (1) a five hundred dollar ($500) gift card to the retail store for Grand Prize Winner.
ERV of the Grand Prize is four thousand dollars ($4,000). ERV of all Prizes (First Prize and Grand Prize of Grand Prize Winner’s choosing) is four thousand nine hundred and sixty dollars ($4,960).
