PRIZE (1): One (1) Winner will receive a 2013 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid Limited with a Panoramic Sunroof; and Eleven Thousand Three Hundred Fifty Nine Dollars and Twenty Five Cents (USD $11,359.25) awarded in the form of a check made payable to the Winner to help offset, but not completely eliminate, any tax obligation associated with acceptance of the prize.

Prize vehicle make, model and specifications will be selected by Sponsor at its sole discretion. The Winner agrees to a background check and a credit check to confirm that the Winner qualifies for acceptance of the Prize. The Winner is responsible for all obligations, taxes and expenses, including, but not limited to, fees assessed for exceeding the allotted annual mileage allowed, sales tax, luxury tax, destination charges, registration, title and license fees, insurance, tax, and all other costs incurred in claiming, registering or using the Prize. All other costs and expenses not expressly set forth herein are the Winner’s sole responsibility. The Winner must take delivery of the Prize, at his or her own expense, within 45 days of notice of availability of the Prize from Sponsor at a Hyundai dealership selected by Sponsor based on proximity to Winner’s residence or the Prize may, at the Sponsor’s sole discretion, be forfeited. No other delivery option will be available. The Winner must present his or her valid driver’s license and provide satisfactory proof of auto insurance prior to the delivery of the Prize. The Prize details and availability are subject to change. All upgrades and options are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Accessories, color and options may vary and are subject to change without notice. Sponsor reserves the right to change product specifications without incurring any obligations.
