PRIZE(S):One (1) Grand Prize of a “Rogue Valley Getaway” This is a trip for two (2) to visit Harry & David headquarters in Medford, Oregon. Trip package includes roundtrip coach-class airfare for two (2) from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Rogue Valley International-Medford Airport (MFR); three (3) nights’ lodging for two (2) at the Jacksonville Inn (single room, double occupancy) (includes three (3) gourmet breakfasts for two (2) and one (1) gourmet picnic lunch for two (2); $1,000; three (3) day standard level rental car (only for winner who is 25 years of age or older); Harry & David headquarters tour; wine tasting; chauffeured winery tour of four (4) Applegate Valley wineries for two (2); dinner for two (2) at The Winchester; jet boat dinner trip for two (2) down Rogue River; and two (2) Oregon Shakespeare Festival play tickets. If winner is less than 25 years of age, and thus does not meet requirements for rental car, that portion of the prize will be forfeited in its entirety. Winner must complete the trip by September 30, 2012 or prize will be forfeited. Trip must be booked at least ninety (90) days prior to departure. Trip subject to availability. Travel must be roundtrip within the contiguous US. Sponsor will determine airline and flight itinerary in its sole discretion. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight. Travel, accommodations, and other trip components are subject to availability. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules, and those set forth by the Sponsor’s airline carrier of choice as detailed in the passenger ticket contract. All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the package description above, including but not limited to, meals, incidentals, passenger tariffs or duties, airline fees, surcharges, airport fees, service charges or facility charges, personal charges at lodging, security fees, taxes or other expenses are the responsibility solely of winner. Travel companion must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older as of the date of departure and must travel on same itinerary and at the same time as the winner. Travel companion may be required to execute Affidavit/Release (defined below) prior to issuance of travel documents. Travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. If in the judgment of Sponsor air travel is not required due to winner’s proximity to prize location, ground transportation will be substituted for roundtrip air travel at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
