Grand Prize: (1 winner) 2012 Chevy Cruze LTZ (ARV $28,207)

 Grand Prize Winner is responsible for vehicle registration, license, tax, title and insurance fees and for all costs associated with any available upgrade or option not provided with the Chevrolet vehicle and any other expenses related to the acceptance and use of the prize not specified. The Grand Prize Winner must take delivery of vehicle within 30 days of notice of availability from a Sponsor-selected dealer near the Grand Prize Winner’s residence or those components of the Grand Prize may be forfeited. The Grand Prize Winner must a have valid a U.S. driver’s license and proof of insurance to take delivery. The vehicle awarded may differ from any vehicle shown in promotional materials. The vehicle’s color, options and equipment will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. The Grand Prize may not be transferred or assigned. The Grand Prize must be accepted in its entirety or not at all. No cash or other substitution may be made, except by the Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute the prize in whole or in part with another prize of comparable or greater value if the intended prize is not available for any reason as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. All Winners will be responsible for all applicable taxes (not limited to federal, state local or income). In the event that any potential winner is disqualified for any reason, that prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate as provided in these rules. Except where prohibited by law, the acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use that winner’s name, hometown, likeness, statements and other personally identifiable information for promotional, advertising and marketing purposes in any media throughout the world without additional prize, incentive, consideration, consent or review; and upon request, winners must provide written consent to such use. The winners are solely responsible for all expenses, costs or fees associated with acceptance or use of the prize not specified herein as being awarded including, without limitation, any and all income, federal, state and local taxes. Winners may not substitute, assign or transfer prize or redeem prize for cash, but Administrator reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value
