One (1) Grand Prize: Trip for winner and one (1) guest to dine at a Mario Batali restaurant closest to winner’s primary home address (based on miles) in the U.S. U.S. restaurants are located in California, Connecticut, Illinois, Nevada and New York. Trip includes:
• round-trip coach class air transportation from the major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner’s home to a major gateway airport nearest restaurant (both as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion);
• one (1) night standard room/double occupancy hotel accommodations (room and tax only);
• ground transportation to/from the airport and the applicable hotel; and
• a gift card in the amount of $400 redeemable at a Mario Batali restaurant.

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Prize: $2,600. Designation of Mario Batali restaurant to be based upon location of winner’s primary home residence and shall be ultimately determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. If winner is within a one hundred (100)-mile radius of destination (the restaurant), ground transportation will be provided in lieu of air transportation and no compensation or substitution will be provided in lieu thereof. All travel must be booked at least thirty (30) days prior to intended departure date and completed by 12/31/15.
