Prizes: Three (3) Grand Prize(s) will be awarded, one (1) Grand Prize winner per Entry Pool. Winners will each receive two (2) trips, as follows. Trip 1: A trip for two (2) to Charlotte, NC for 2-days/2-nights, including round-trip airfare for two (2) from major airport nearest winner’s residence to Charlotte, NC, two (2) nights hotel accommodations (one room, double occupancy), coaching for winner and guest from a Sponsor-specified retired NASCAR driver, round-trip ground transportation to and from tours for two (2) of the NASCAR Hall of Fame, Roush Fenway Racing Headquarter and NASCAR Driving Experience. AND Trip 2: A trip for two (2) to Las Vegas, NV for 4-days/3-nights, including round-trip coach airfare for two (2) from major airport nearest winner’s residence to Las Vegas, NV, three (3) nights hotel accommodations (one room, double occupancy), round-trip helicopter transportation to Las Vegas Motor Speedway, time- trial races at Las Vegas Motor Speedway for a chance for Grand Prize winner to race against Matt Kenseth, and two (2) tickets and ground transportation to the NASCAR Driver Banquet on a Sponsor-specified date. Approximate retail value of prize is $8,000.00 each.

All three consumers will compete in a time-trial race against Matt Kenseth. If a consumer wins the time-trial lap, they will receive an additional cash prize of $17,000. Approximate retail value of prize, if won, is $25,000.00. If the consumer does not win, $17,000 will be awarded to a Sponsor-specified charity and the approximate retail value of their prize remains at $8,000.

Approximate retail value of all Prizes: $24,000-$41,000.
