Eighteen (18) First Prizes: Each First Prize winner will receive one (1) $300 Harris Teeter gift
card, one (1) Carolina Panthers branded hat, one (1) Carolina Panthers autographed item
and select product vouchers totaling $50 in value. ARV: $500 each prize. Prizes are
awarded “as is” without any warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor.

$5,000 each prize. 2022 NFL Preseason, Playoffs and Superbowl not included with this
prize; grand prize winner must choose away game at least 30 days after 2022 Carolina
Panthers NFL game schedule has been release. Each Grand Prize winner and his/her travel
guest must travel together on the same itinerary. Minors must be accompanied by his/her
parent/legal guardian and such person must accompany the Grand Prize winner as the
