Prizes and Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”):
The Sponsor will award US$250 retail value of Solgar product per round, to one (1) eligible entrant that has
been selected as a finalist (the “Prize”). Finalist/prize winner will be able to choose the assortment of Solgar
product with a retail value of up to $250 total. Credit will be available through March 31, 2015 and will be
ordered directly with Solgar for pick up at local retailer when possible. In the event the finalist/prizewinner
does not have a favorite local Solgar retailer for prize to be claimed, Solgar will ship prize directly to

eligible finalist that has been selected (the “Grand Prize”). Grand prizewinner will be able to choose the
assortment of Solgar product with a retail value of up to $750 total. Credit will be available through March 31,
2015 and will be ordered directly with Solgar for pick up at local retailer when possible. In the event the grand
prizewinner does not have a favorite local Solgar retailer for prize to be claimed, Solgar will ship prize directly
