Limit of two (2) entries total, per person, regardless of email address of account used, throughout the Sweepstakes Period.

On or about February 15, 2012, there will be one (1) Grand Prize Random Drawing, performed from among all Eligible Entries received throughout the Sweepstakes Period in order to select one (1) potential Grand Prize Winner. The one (1) Grand Prize winner, once confirmed as detailed below, will receive five thousand dollars ($5,000) and will also have the chance to win an additional one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) in the hit the jackpot envelope drawing Grand Prize event, as further detailed below. The ARV of the Grand Prize will either be five thousand dollars ($5,000) or one hundred and five thousand dollars ($105,000).

 Grand Prize Event: On or about March 1, 2012 (or as soon as reasonably possible after verification of the Grand Prize winner and coordination of travel) a representative from the Sponsor, Administrator and/or the prize insurance company, as well any media that Sponsor determines is reasonably fit, will personally appear at the Grand Prize Winner’s home for the Grand Prize Event (the Sweepstakes Entities reserve the right to hold the Grand Prize Event at a different location, which would be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). Sponsor agrees to reimburse the Grand Prize winner for reasonable travel expenses incurred, if any, for travel to the Grand Prize Event if the Grand Prize Winner is required to travel greater than 30 miles from his or her home to the Grand Prize Event. The Grand Prize winner will be provided prior notice of when and where the Grand Prize Event will be held, in order for the Grand Prize winner to ensure his/her presence. The Grand Prize winner will also have previously executed all required Release forms and paperwork, and hereby agrees to cooperate with executing any further paperwork necessary, in Sponsor’s discretion, as to allow the promotion and publicity of the fact that the Grand Prize Event is taking place.

 At the Grand Prize Event, the Grand Prize winner will be presented with a mailbox that contains eleven (11) sealed envelopes from which the Grand Prize winner will select two (2) envelopes. If the Grand Prize winner selects the two (2) envelopes that each has “Jackpot” written on it, the Grand Prize winner will receive an additional one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000), subject to verification. If the Grand Prize winner does not select the two (2) envelopes that each has “Jackpot” written on it, he/she will not be eligible to receive the additional one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000); but will still receive the original five thousand dollars ($5,000). The one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) is funded through prize insurance and will not be awarded if the correct envelopes are not selected. NOTE: Failure by the Grand Prize winner to strictly comply with all requirements stated in these Official Rules shall result in disqualification. If you are the Grand Prize winner, you must participate personally. A family member or other representative may not participate for you.

 In total, there is a potential for one hundred and five thousand dollars ($105,000) to be awarded in this Sweepstakes. In no event will more than the one (1) stated Grand Prize listed in these Official Rules be awarded. The prize restrictions/conditions stated herein are not all-inclusive. If the potential Grand Prize winner is ineligible to receive such prize under relevant state, federal or local laws and regulations, or for any other reason, such prize will be forfeited and no substitution will be provided. No transfer or substitution will be permitted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion, and only then for a prize of greater or equal value determined by Sponsor shall be allowed. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. The Grand Prize Event is tentatively scheduled to take place in March 2012 but is subject to change. As a condition of acceptance, the Grand Prize winner must be able to personally take part in the Grand Prize Event, on or around the dates that Sponsor and/or Administrator select. The Grand Prize winner may receive less than thirty (30) days notice prior to Grand Prize Event. If the Grand Prize winner cannot participate on the dates selected by Sponsor and/or Administrator, even if the Grand Prize winner has already accepted the prize via the Release process detailed above, the Grand Prize winner will then forfeit the prize, will receive no compensation whatsoever, and Sponsor will award the prize to an alternate Grand Prize winner, once such alternate Grand Prize winner is confirmed. All other expenses relating to acceptance of the Grand Prize not explicitly stated herein, including but not limited to, any and all taxes, catering, personal purchases/souvenirs, gratuities, and any and all costs or expenses associated with the Grand Prize Event, are solely the responsibility of the Grand Prize winner. If an event of force majeure, including but not limited to, inclement weather, air travel delays, or other conditions or circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor that, in the good faith determination solely of Sponsor and its representatives, preclude proper representatives from holding and attending said Grand Prize Event, Sponsor shall make reasonable efforts to reschedule the Grand Prize Event (at Sponsor’s sole discretion) and if after reasonable attempts, Sponsor is unable to reschedule the Grand Prize Event, the Grand Prize Winner shall receive the five thousand dollar ($5,000) Grand Prize only. In such case, the Grand Prize Event will not be held and the Grand Prize winner shall not have an opportunity to draw the envelopes for a chance to win the one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000).
