SECOND PRIZES: On or about 4/20/15, a random drawing will be conducted by each participating Bass Pro Shops location’s management from among all eligible entries received at that particular location. On or about 4/22/15, a random drawing will also be conducted by Promotion Mechanics, Inc., an independent judging organization, from among all eligible entries received online. Each drawing will award the following prize: a certificate for one pair of Ariat boots, and, two “The Longest Ride” movie tickets. Total combined approximate retail value of each Second Prize is up to $200.

GRAND PRIZE AND FIRST PRIZE: On or about 5/11/15, a random drawing will be conducted by Promotion Mechanics, Inc., an independent judging organization, from among all eligible in-store and online entries combined to award the following prizes:

(1) First Prize: a private screening of “The Longest Ride” for winner and up to 50 guests. Sponsors will determine the theater location as well as the date and time of the screening. No press shall be invited to this screening. Approximate retail value of the prize is $599.

(1) Grand Prize: a 7 day/6 night trip for winner and one guest to Rio de Janeiro and Barretos, Brazil, to attend a PBR show and concert. Prize consists of:
• round trip coach air transportation from the major commercial airport closest to winner’s residence; car service to/from prize events while in Brazil;
• standard double-occupancy hotel accommodations for 6 nights;
• spending money toward selected meals;
• attendance at a PBR pre-show tour with a PBR official and VIP passes to the show;
• the opportunity to take a one day fishing trip with retired PBR rider Luke Snyder; and
• access to a special viewing area for the concert.
Total combined approximate retail value of prize is $18,000. Trip must be taken on dates specified by Sponsors, anticipated to be August 25 – 31, 2015 and as otherwise stated in these Official Rules.
