PRIZES, ODDS OF WINNING AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”):
A. Monthly Sweepstakes Period Prize (3). Three (3) Monthly Sweepstakes Period Winners will each receive a trip, as described below, for four (4) people — the Winner and up to three (3) guests (each a “Guest”) — for a four (4) day/three (3) night stay at a Disneyland® Resort Hotel or Disneyland® Resort (the “Resort”) area hotel in Anaheim, California (the “Trip”). The Trip will consist of four (4) travel authorization forms for round-trip coach-class air transportation for Winner and his/her Guests from a gateway airport near Winner’s home (selected by the Sponsor in its sole discretion) on either Alaska Airlines® or Horizon Air® or in combination, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion, into one (1) of the following airports of Winner’s choice: LAX or SNA (Orange County); a voucher for four (4) round-trip ground transfers between the Southern California area airport and the Resort, three (3) nights stay (single room, quad occupancy) at a Disneyland® Resort Hotel or Resort area hotel; and up to four (4) three-day Disneyland® Resort Park Hopper® Tickets (subject to restrictions) (one (1) park ticket per Winner and each of his/her Guests).
The Monthly Sweepstakes Prize Trip is valid starting from September 1, 2012, and travel must be completed by September 1, 2013, with blackout dates of November 16, 2012–November 26, 2012, and December 20, 2012–January 2, 2013, and will also be based on availability.
B. Grand Prize (1). One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a trip, as described below, for four (4) people — the Winner and up to three (3) guests (each a “Guest”) — for a five (5) day/four (4) night stay at a Disneyland® Resort Hotel or Resort area hotel in Anaheim, California (the “Trip”). The Trip will consist of four (4) travel authorization forms for round-trip coach-class air transportation for Winner and his/her Guests from a gateway airport near Winner’s home (selected by the Sponsor in its sole discretion) on either Alaska Airlines® or Horizon Air® or in combination, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion, into one (1) of the following airports of Winner’s choice: LAX or SNA (Orange County); a voucher for four (4) round-trip ground transfers between the Southern California area airport and the Resort, three (3) nights stay in a standard room (single room, quad occupancy) at a Resort Hotel or Resort area hotel and one (1) night stay in the Dream Suite inside Disneyland® Park; and up to four (4) four-day Disneyland® Resort Park Hopper® Tickets (subject to restrictions) (one (1) per Winner and each of his/her Guests).
The Grand Prize Trip is valid starting November 7, 2012–November 11, 2012, and is subject to change without notice. Grand Prize Winner must be available to travel between November 7, 2012, and November 11, 2012.
C. General Trip Details. For all Trips, the Grand Prize Winner and Monthly Sweepstakes Period Winner (individually, “Winner”) and his/her Guests are responsible for baggage fees (Alaska Airlines baggage fees may be found at www.alaskaair.com), all in-room charges (e.g., mini-bar, movies), telephone calls, meals, beverages, gratuities, upgrades, personal incidentals, amenities, and any other fees and expenses not specifically mentioned in these Official Rules. The Winner will be required to provide a major credit card upon hotel check-in and all in-room charges will be charged to the credit card. Furthermore, the Winner shall be solely responsible for payment of any and all applicable federal, state, provincial, and local taxes imposed on the Prize.
Each Guest must be at least eighteen (18) years old or the minor child/ward of the Winner. Each Guest must also sign a Liability & Publicity Release. If a Guest is not the age of majority in his/her state/province of residence, then the Release must be signed by his/her parent or legal guardian. The Winner and his/her Guests must travel on the same itinerary. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or similar items once they are in Winner’s possession or in the possession of his/her Guests. Some restrictions may apply. No cancellation or transfer of any Trip-related reservations to another date will be permitted after such reservations have been made. The Winner and Guests are solely responsible for obtaining any desired or necessary travel documents, travel insurance or any other form of insurance desired (and at their own expense). Canadian residents are responsible for passports or any other documentation involved in travel in or out of the United States and must have no impediment to entering or traveling in the United States. Winner and Guest hereby acknowledge that Sponsor has not and will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance for any part of the Trip. It is the responsibility of each Winner and his/her Guests to arrive at the designated gateway airport in time for each flight that is part of the Trip. Trip fulfillment is subject to certain restrictions and is subject to hotel availability at the Disneyland® Resort. Advanced reservations required. Winners must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to win. Travelers under the age of eighteen (18) must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian who must be at least eighteen (18) years of age or older. Trip components and Tickets may not be sold, redeemed for cash, traded, transferred, or rescheduled to dates other than as set forth above. Certain travel restrictions apply. Saturday night stay may be required. Disney, its parent, subsidiary, related and affiliated companies and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents shall be released and discharged from any and all legal claims, losses, injuries, demands, damages, actions, and/or causes of actions which arise out of and/or are in any way related to the Trip, the receipt, use and/or enjoyment of the Trip and/or the Promotion. Certain restrictions shall apply to the Trip, which restrictions shall be determined by Disney at its sole and absolute discretion. Each Winner and his/her Guests must travel together on the same itinerary. The Trip shall not include the following: airport departure fees and taxes; travel insurance; hotel room service; parking fees; laundry service; food; alcoholic beverages; merchandise, souvenirs, etc.; local and long-distance telephone calls; tips, gratuities, service charges, resort fees or taxes; or all other charges not explicitly included in the packages pursuant to these Official Rules. The Trip (and all elements thereof) is not redeemable for cash and is non-transferable except at Disney’s sole and absolute discretion. The Trip (and any elements thereof) may not be sold or transferred to any other person or third party.
