a. Judging: During each Entry Period, a panel of qualified judges determined by Sponsor in its sole
discretion will select one (1) Submission (the “Finalist”) based on the following criteria (“Judging
Criteria”):

 Creativity/Originality (33%);
 Quality of Submission (33%); and
 Fit to Contest Theme (34%)

Limit: Each person may vote up to five (5) times during the Voting Phase

Prizes: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: $5,000 awarded in the form of a check. Approximate Retail Value
(“ARV”): $5,000.
