Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. (collectively, “Territory”), 18 years of age or older who are a Parent of at least one (1) child between the ages of two (2) and eight (8) at time of entry
Prizes:
ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE (“Grand Prize”): A four (4) day / three (3) night trip for winner (“Grand Winner”) and up to three (3) guests, at least one (1) of which must be the Child (the “Guests,” and together with the Winner, the “Group”) to Anaheim, California (“City”) to visit the Disneyland® Resort (the “Resort”) in City (“Trip”), consisting of the following elements for the Group: [1] hotel accommodations (one standard room/quad occupancy, including room tax) for three (3) consecutive nights at a Disneyland® Resort or Resort area hotel as selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion; [2]an appointment for the Child to visit Studio Disney 365 in the Downtown Disney® District at the Resort (Grand Winner may choose one (1) of the Transformation Experiences and one (1) of the Wardrobe Package Experiences (subject to availability) for use by the Child); [3] up to four (4) 3-Day Disneyland® Resort Park Hopper® tickets, each with one (1) Magic Morning admission to select attractions atDisneyland® Park one hour before regular opening time on a Tuesday, Thursday or Saturday (subject to capacity and other restrictions). No further compensation will be provided if winner fails to redeem the Grand Prize theme park tickets during one of those days; [4] if Grand Winner’s residence is located more than two hundred fifty (250) miles from the City, round-trip coach air transportation (with possible layovers) on a Sponsor-selected carrier between a Sponsor-selected major metropolitan airport near Grand Winner’s residence (“airport of origin”) and a Southern California airport selected by Sponsor; but if Grand Winner’s residence is located less than two hundred fifty (250) miles from the City, round-trip ground transportation via a Sponsor-selected method between Grand Winners’ residence and the hotel;[5] airport/hotel transfers if air transportation is provided; and [6] a complete line of new Disney Princess Palace Pets including: [a] seven (7) Furry Tail Friends, [b] three (3) Primp and Pamper Ponies, [c] two (2) Fashion Tails, [d] three (3)Talk and Sing Pets, [e] one (1)Beauty and Bliss Playset,[f] one (1) Royal Carriage Playset, [g] one (1) Pamper and Beauty Spa Playset, [h] three (3) Mini Plush,[i] two (2) Pamper Me Pretty Plush, and [j] six (6) Mini Pets (ARV $330). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize is $7,130…Grand Winner must take Trip between April 30, 2014 and April 30, 2015, or Grand Prize will be forfeited
