PRIZES. There will be one (1) Grand Prize awarded to Eligible Entrants, as determined by Seiko on December 27, 2013. The Grand Prize Winner is eligible to receive $1,000.00 and one (1) free XNY watch of their choosing from the Fall 2013 collection of XNY watches having an estimated retail value not to exceed $250.00. At each weekly drawing, there will also be one (1) Runner Up prize winner selected from all Eligible Entrants each of whom will be eligible to receive an XNY watch of their choosing from the Fall 2013 collection of XNY watches having an estimated retail value not to exceed $250.00.
