PRIZE/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”): One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded of a trip for two (2) to the VH1 You Oughta Know™ In Concert in New York, NY on November 11, 2013. Grand Prize trip includes: round-trip coach airfare from the major airport closest to winner’s resident to the concert location; two (2) nights’ double-occupancy hotel accommodations; two (2) tickets to the concert; and a $1,000 Whole Foods Market gift card. Trip must be taken on dates as specified by Sponsor. Trip will be booked by an agent of the Sponsor. All other expenses, including, but not limited to, meals, gratuities, baggage, accident, or cancellation insurance, telephone and all other charges or costs associated with the use of the prize, and any documentation required to travel, are the sole responsibility of the winner to pay. Winner’s travel companion must be at least 18 years of age and travel on the same itinerary as winner. If winner is a minor in his/her place of residence, winner’s travel companion must be winner’s parent/legal guardian. ARV of Grand Prize: $2,500.
