Prize: (1 winner) 3-day/2-night trip for 2 to New York City. Trip includes round-trip coach airfare for two (2) from major commercial airport nearest winner’s residence, two (2) nights hotel accommodations at a hotel selected by the Sponsor (double occupancy), round trip ground transportation between the airport in New York and the hotel, $500 spending money and Consultations with three WEtv.com experts in the areas of Food/Entertaining, Heath/Fitness, Style/Fashion. Maximum Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize: $3,650. Trip must be completed by June 30, 2009 or prize will be forfeited. Actual value of a trip depends on dates of travel and Grand Prize winner’s residence or departure city. Consultations are defined as a half day meeting (a maximum of 3½ hours) with each of the experts who will give the winner tips and advice for different areas of his/ her life. Any unclaimed and/or unused portion of prize package will be forfeited and will not be substituted. Winner’s travel companion, and if companion is a minor, parent or legal guardian, must complete and sign a travel release prior to ticketing. Grand Prize winner and Guest must travel together from same point of origin. Grand Prize winner and Guest must have all necessary identification and/or travel documents required for air travel. No substitutions for prizes except by Sponsor or as may be necessary due to unavailability, in which case prize of equal or greater value will be awarded. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute one of the experts with a prize of equal value. Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
