PRIZE: The total estimated retail value of all of the prizes to be awarded in the Sweepstakes
 is approximately $1,250.00. The prize(s) are as follows:
 ∙ PRIZE: One (1) Winner will be awarded:
Two (2) tickets for Mom+Social, a unique one-day event at the 92Y Tribeca in New York City taking
 place on May 8, 2013 from approximately 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., for Winner and, at Winner’s option,
 one (1) travel companion (“Travel Companion”)
 Two (2) round-trip coach plane tickets (or, at Sponsor’s option, if the Winner resides within 250
 miles of New York City, two (2) round-trip coach train tickets) from the major U.S. airport (or U.S. train
 station) closest to Winner’s residence to a New York City area airport or train station (as applicable),
 and
 One (1) night’s hotel accommodations (one double-occupancy room per night) in a New York City
 hotel selected by Sponsor on the night of May 7, 2013 for Winner and Travel Companion.
