Submit one (1) main dish recipe using beef steak, one (1) seafood dish (both that require cooking on a standard outdoor grill), and a wine pairing from a drop-down on the form that best compliments your recipes…
 Submissions that require the use of conventional ovens, microwave ovens, or other cooking appliances not mentioned below as being permitted, will be disqualified…
 Recipes must be able to be prepared within thirty (30) minutes, including cooking time…
 Must include heat level and cooking time for a standard outdoor grill…
 Recipes must each be approximately 6-8oz per serving…

Finalist/Semi-Finalist Selection:
 Judges will consider all eligible Submissions based on the following criteria (“Finalist Selection Criteria”):
 • Perceived Taste: do the recipes sound appealing (34%);
 • Simplicity: ease of preparation (33%); and
 • Uniqueness: are the recipes creative (33%).
 In the event of a tie, the entrant whose Submission received the highest score for Perceived Taste, as determined by the qualified judges, in their sole discretion, will be deemed the applicable Finalist or Semi-Finalist.

 Fifty (50) entrants with the highest-scoring Submissions will be selected from each of the three (3) regions indicated below.
 West: AK, CA, FL, HI, ID, IL, KY, MN, MT, NM, NV, OR, SC, UT, WA, WY,
 Central: AL, AR, CO, GA, IA, IN, KS, LA, MI, MS, MO, NC, NE, ND, OH, OK, SD, TN, TX, VA, WI, WV
 East: AZ, CT, DC, DE, MA, MD, ME, NH, NJ, NY, PA, RI, VT

Winner Selection:
 • Originality: are the dishes unique and did the Finalist demonstrate enthusiasm for the uniqueness of the dishes (25%);
 • Appeal and Taste: are the dishes appealing (both in taste and presentation) and do they contain delightful flavor combinations (25%);
 • Wine Pairing: does the wine selected compliment the dishes, and to what extent (25%); and
 • Simplicity: were the recipes easy to prepare and did they take a reasonable amount of time (25%).
 In the event of a tie, the entrant whose Submission received the higher score in the Appeal and Taste as determined by the qualified judges in their sole discretion, will be deemed the potential Grand Prize winner. A new panel of qualified judges determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion will then re-judge the remaining Finalists and Semi-Finalists from each region using the judging criteria above to determine the First, Second and Third Prize winners.

 THREE (3) GRAND PRIZES (ONE (1) PER REGION): $25,000.

 FIFTEEN (15) FIRST PRIZES (FIVE (5) PER REGION): A Weber Genesis S-330 3-Burner Propane Gas Grill in Stainless. ARV: $950.

 THIRTY (30) SECOND PRIZES (TEN (10) PER REGION): A Stainless Steel Master BBQ Tool Set. ARV: $94.99.
