Prize: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: Winner’s choice of one (1) of the following prize packages: (a) a trip for two (2) to Charlotte, North Carolina for the Nationwide and Sprint Cup NASCAR® Races or (b) a trip for two (2) to Las Vegas, Nevada for the NHRA Race.

For Trip to Charlotte, North Carolina: Trip package includes roundtrip, coach-class air transportation for two (2) from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Charlotte, North Carolina; three (3) nights accommodations at a hotel of Sponsor’s choice (single room, double occupancy); two (2) NASCAR weekend credentials; and two (2) suite passes to the October 16, 2009 NASCAR Nationwide race and the October 17, 2009 NASCAR Sprint Cup race in Charlotte, North Carolina. Winner must commence travel on October 15, 2009 and conclude travel on October 18, 2009, or prize will be forfeited. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $4,875.

For Trip to Las Vegas, Nevada: Trip package includes roundtrip, coach-class air transportation for two (2) from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Las Vegas, Nevada; four (4) nights accommodations at a hotel of Sponsor’s choice (single room, double occupancy); dinner with representatives from Toyota Motor Sales, U.S.A., Inc. at a location of Sponsor’s choice (including tax and gratuity, not including alcohol); and two (2) suite passes to the October 31, 2009 and November 1, 2009 NHRA Races in Las Vegas, Nevada. Winner must commence travel on October 29, 2009 and conclude travel on November 2, 2009, or prize will be forfeited. ARV: $3,018.
