Prizes: There will be one (1) Grand Prize winner.

The Grand Prize winner will receive Five (5) 7-night vacation packages
The Vacation packages will be for a maximum of two (2) adults and two (2) children (Ages 18 years of age or under).

Each Vacation package will include:
1) Roundtrip economy class airfare (from a major US airport closest to the Winner’s primary residence to the Club Med resort. Air transportation will be paid by Sponsor up to a maximum cost per Vacation package of $4,000. Grand Prize Winner is responsible for any airfare cost differential above the $4,000.; and
2) Hotel accommodations at the selected Club Med resort for seven (7) consecutive nights in a standard room; and
3) the Club Med all-inclusive vacation which includes; meals, snacks, drinks and activities (some Club Med activities such as spa, scuba diving and other activities are at an additional cost).

The Vacation packages will be provided one (1) per year, during each year as set forth in the schedule below.
All travel must be taken between the following dates or the prize will be forfeited and no compensation will be awarded.
Travel year 1: April 1, 2011 and April 30, 2012
Travel year 2: May 1, 2012 and April 30, 2013
Travel year 3: May 1, 2013 and April 30, 2014
Travel year 4: May 1, 2014 and April 30, 2015
Travel year 5: May 1, 2015 and April 30, 2016

The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Vacation package is $9,000. For a total (“ARV”) of $45,000.
