Prize will consist of the following: one (1) trip (“Trip”) for Winner and one (1) guest (“Guest”) to Los Angeles, California. Trip will include: (i) roundtrip, coach-class air transportation for Winner and one (1) Guest from a major commercial airport near Winner’s home (as determined by Sponsors and/or Prize Provider in their sole discretion) to Los Angeles, California; (ii) three (3) nights’ standard hotel accommodations (one room, double occupancy, room and tax only) at a hotel in or around Los Angeles, CA (as determined by Sponsors and/or Prize Provider in their sole discretion); (iii) non-exclusive ground transportation to and from airport and hotel in Los Angeles, CA; and (iv) two (2) tickets for Winner and one (1) Guest to the E!
