PRIZE, APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”), AND ODDS OF WINNING
Ten (10) Winners will receive the prize package (“Grand Prize Package”) of a two (night) hotel accommodation for Winner and Guest at Fontainebleau Hotel Miami Beach to attend the Thrillist Hotel Thrillist Miami Events (the “Events”) on June 4th, 5th & 6th, 2010.
The Grand Prize Package is composed of the following prizes (“Prizes”)
Two (2) night hotel accommodation for Winner and Guest at Fontainebleau Hotel Miami Beach on June 4, 2010 and June 5, 2010. ARV of hotel stay is $905.
Access for the Winner and Guest to the Events at Hotel Thrillist. ARV of access to the Events is $920.
Two (2) gift packs from participating sponsors of the Event (together, “Prize Packs”) is $200.
Transportation to and from Red Steakhouse on June 5th, 2010. ARV of transportation throughout the weekend is $50.
Winner will be solely responsible for transportation to and from Miami from Winner’s destination of origin as well as proper travel documentation and any and all meals, ground transfers between winner’s residence and airport of departure, ground transportation in and around Miami, gratuities, travel upgrades, personal incidentals and any other expenses not specified as a part of the Prize stated herein.
The Total ARV of the Grand Prize Package is $2,075.
