ALTERNATIVE ENTRY: In order to be entered into the Sweepstakes without completing and submitting the online entry form, an Entrant must send an e-mail with the Entrant’s first and last name, physical address, e-mail address, date of birth, and telephone number to facebook_promotions@casefoundation.org with the subject title of “Father’s Day Facebook Sweepstakes”, prior to conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period
Each eligible participant is offered the chance to win one (1) of three (3) Nike Fuel Bands (each with an approximate retail value of $150.00 USD)
