Grand Prize: There is one (1) Grand Prize, available to be won by one (1) winner (“Grand Prize Winner”), which shall consist of one (1) 2025 Toyota 4Runner1 with a maximum Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (“MSRP”) of up to $60,000.00 (“Prize Vehicle”)
Runner-Up Prizes: There are two (2) Runner-Up Prizes, available to be won by the two Finalists who are not declared the Grand Prize Winner (each, a “Runner-Up Prize Winner”) each of which shall consist of $500, to be awarded in the form of a pre-paid gift card or check (ARV = $500.00) (each a “Runner-Up Prize”). Runner-Up Prizes will be awarded within 45 days of winner verification.
