PRIZES: All participants who submit the required information will be automatically entered into the sweepstakes for a chance to win one of five 1-yr, free gym memberships. The 1-yr gym membership prize is for individual memberships only, at a local gym or fitness center (YMCA®, Gold′s Gym®, Anytime Fitness®, etc…) of the winner′s choice [approximate retail value (APR) of $750, varies by gym and location]. The gym membership prize is limited to individual enrollment fees and 12 months of basic membership, excluding all other fees such as special fitness classes or programs (such as yoga, locker fees, equipment fees, swimming classes, volleyball, weight loss challenges, etc…) Should a winner already be a member of a gym or fitness center, that winner will be required to provide proof of existing membership duration, upon which Sponsor will award a 12-month extension to the winner′s membership period. Prize memberships will apply exclusively in the name of the selected winner and will not be made eligible to anyone else (such as family or friend). Sponsor will manage payment of award and fees directly with the winner′s chosen gym or fitness center. Total APR of all combined prize packages for this sweepstakes is $3,750.
