Prize: (1 winner) 3-day/2-night trip for two to Los Angeles to attend the filming of a Teleflora television commercial featuring Faith Hill. Travel dates are subject to Sponsor’s approval. Trip consists of round trip coach-class air transportation for up to two from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion) and two (2) nights’ standard hotel accommodations (one room; double occupancy) (room rate and tax only) ground transportation to and from the airport and commercial shoot. Winner will also receive entry to the Teleflora – Faith Hill commercial filming and $300 spending money for meals (Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize Package is $4,999.99). Winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary and are responsible for obtaining all required travel documents. If winner resides within a 100-mile radius of destination, Sponsor reserves the right to provide ground transportation in lieu of air transportation and no compensation or substitution will be provided for difference in prize value. Travel arrangements must be made through Sponsor’s agent, on a carrier of Sponsor’s choice. Travel must be taken by 3/15/11 or prize will be forfeited and Sponsor will have no further obligation to winner. Certain travel restrictions and blackout dates may apply. Any minor guest must be accompanied on trip by his/her parent or legal guardian. Each guest (or, if a minor, his/her parent or legal guardian) must execute and return a liability/publicity release prior to issuance of travel documents. In the event that the commercial shoot is rescheduled or canceled for any reason, the trip to Los Angeles will constitute full satisfaction of the Prize. The winner will be allowed a limited time on the Faith Hill commercial shoot but Sponsor does not guarantee the winner’s actual meeting with Faith Hill. The Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either expressed or implied by Sponsor. Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state and local taxes as well as any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided, including for the Grand Prize, ground transportation, meals, gratuities, and souvenirs. Winners may not substitute, assign or transfer a prize, but Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value. All prize details, including models and manufacturers, are at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
