Five (5) “Grand Prizes”: Each winner of a Grand Prize, subject to verification, will receive a OnePlus 9 Pro 5G phone in “Morning Mist” (color), service not included, ARV: $1,068, and a check for $457 that winner can use for taxes and/or service in their sole discretion. The total ARV for each Prize is $1,525. A winner (or their parent/legal guardian if winner is a Minor) must claim the prize by April 20, 2021, and return completed Prize Claim Documents by April 26, 2021. Upon receipt of completed Prize Claim Documents, the prize will be sent to the winner in approximately two to four weeks following verification Winner must look to the manufacturer for any warranty.
