Follow the online instructions to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes (“Entry”).
Create a profile to continue to engage with the Sweepstakes. Creation of a Profile is free. You will be asked to provide the following information in order to create a Profile: First name, email address, password creation for profile. Entry through Profile creation is referred to specifically as “Profile Entry.” Limit one (1) Profile Entry per person per email address.
After completing your Profile Entry, visit the Website and log-in to your Profile once a Day during the Entry Period and you will receive one (1) Entry for each time you log-in to your Profile (“Log-in Entry”). You cannot obtain an Entry for logging in on the same Day you create a Profile. Limit one (1) Log-in Entry per person per email address per Day.
Weekly Prize (8): Each weekly Winner during the 8 weeks of the Entry Period will receive a Werther’s Caramel Gift Basket containing (i) An assortment of Werther’s Original products, (ii) a bouquet of spring flowers, and (iii) a $25 Disney Gift Card. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of one weekly prize is $100.00 (One Hundred Dollars). Gift card is subject to certain terms and conditions as specified by issuer. Limit one (1) weekly prize per person.
Grand Prize (1): One (1) Grand Prize is available. One (1) Winner will receive one (1) four (4) day / three (3) night trip for the Winner and up to three (3) guests to Walt Disney World® Resort near Orlando, FL. Trip consists of:
A.) one (1) three (3) consecutive-night stay at a WDW Resort hotel (exact WDW Resort hotel to be determined by Sponsor) (one standard room, quadruple occupancy);
B.) Roundtrip economy-class air travel for the Winner and guests between a major metropolitan airport in the U.S. near Winner’s residence and Orlando, FL (both departure and arrival airports shall be determined by Administrator in its sole discretion); airfare provided only if Winner does not reside within 100 miles of WDW Resort);
C.) Up to four (4) roundtrip ground transfers between the airport in Orlando and the selected WDW Resort hotel (ground transfers provided only if Winner does not reside within 100 miles of the WDW Resort);
D.) Up to four (4) 4-Day, Magic Your Way Tickets with Park Hopper® Option;
E.) VIP Tour of the Karamelle Kuche shop at Epcot®;
F.) $200 gift card per person on the Trip (one gift card for winner and one gift card for each of the up to 3 guests) towards spa services at a Disney spa selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion;
G.) Four (4) tickets for a Behind the Seeds tour of the Living with the Land attraction at The Land pavilion at Epcot® during the Epcot® International Flower and Garden Festival. (date as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion);
H.) Welcome basket valued at $150 delivered to winner’s hotel room;
I.) One (1) Disney Gift Card valued at $500 for Winner only (Gift card is subject to certain terms and conditions as specified by issuer.
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize: $6,105
Once you create a Profile, you have the opportunity to receive additional Entries by participating in the following various activities. Activities are separated by Badges, as set forth below.
Badge 1 (Discovery Badge): Hunt Photo Entry: Visit the Website and find the Photo Hunt photo (the “Hunt Photo”). Follow the directions to reveal the Hint and click on the designated item on the Hunt Photo to enter. Clicking on the designated item will give you five (5) Entries. Each Week, the Website will give you a Hint, and ask you to click on a different designated item. Limit one (1) Hunt Photo Entry per person per email address per Week during the Entry Period. A “Week” is as set forth the chart below.
BADGE 2 (Softie Badge):
i. Text Entry: Visit the Website and in accordance with the on-screen instructions, submit text in 140 characters or less explaining how you show your softer side during the Entry Period. You will get five (5) Entries for this Text Entry. Limit one (1) Text Entry per person per email address during the entire Entry Period.
ii. Photo Entry: Visit the Website and in accordance with the on-screen instructions, submit a .jpg, .gif, .png photo that shows your softer side during the Entry Period. You will get ten (10) Entries for this Photo Entry. Limit one (1) Photo Entry per person per email address during the entire Entry Period.
iii. Video Entry: Visit the Website and in accordance with the on-screen instructions, submit a video that shows your softer side during the Entry Period. Video must be at least 6 seconds and no more than 15 seconds. You will get fifteen (15) Entries for this Video Entry. Limit one (1) Video Entry per person per email address during the entire Entry Period.
ENTRIES WILL NOT BE JUDGED. WINNERS ARE SELECTED RANDOMLY. The Entry is owned by you, must be your original work, created solely by you, and must not infringe the copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other intellectual rights of any person or entity, including, without limitation, copyrighted materials owned by others (including photographs, sculptures, paintings, and other works of art or images published on or in websites, television, movies or other media). The Text, Video or Photo may not have been previously submitted for any other promotion.
