SWEEPSTAKES
During the Voting Phase, the entrants’ Submissions will be posted in an online gallery for public voting at Dell’s Facebook page and www.DellU.com. Persons who meet the eligibility criteria as set forth in Section 1 will be invited to vote for the Submissions they believe have the most public appeal. Upon casting a vote, you will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. The public voting for each Submission will be used to determine the Public Appeal score included within the judging process described in Section 6a below.
Limit: Each entrant may vote for as many Submissions as you would like each day during the Voting Phase, but may only vote one (1) time per Submission per day. An entrant may only receive a maximum of one (1) entry per day into the Sweepstakes during the entire Voting Phase.
Administrator will randomly select the potential Sweepstakes winners from all eligible entries on or around October 31, 2013 and will notify each potential winner by email at that time.
ONE (1) SWEEPSTAKES FIRST PRIZE: An Xbox One console. ARV: $499.99.
TEN (10) SWEEPSTAKES SECOND PRIZES: A set of Bose Corporation IE2 Audio Headphones. ARV: $99.99.
Total ARV for all Sweepstakes prizes: $1,499.89. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Voting Phase.
CONTEST
During the Submission Phase, visit the Dell Facebook page or www.DellU.com and follow the links and instructions to register for the Promotion including your name, age and a valid email address. If you choose to register via Dell’s Facebook page, you must first “Like” the page to access the Show DellU Your School Spirit Contest application. Next you will be required to upload a photo, video or essay (or any combination thereof) that expresses the theme “Show DellU Your School Spirit” (“Submission”).
Limit: Each entrant may submit one (1) entry into the Contest during the Submission Phase.
During the Judging Phase, a panel of qualified judges determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion will score all eligible Submissions based on the following Judging Criteria:
Public Appeal (15%);
Creativity/Originality (25%);
Quality of Submission (35%);
Fit to Contest Theme (25%)
ONE (1) CONTEST GRAND PRIZE: An Alienware 14 laptop. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $1,349.
ONE (1) CONTEST FIRST PRIZE: A Dell S2240T 21.5 inch touch screen monitor. ARV: $349.
ONE (1) CONTEST SECOND PRIZE: A set of Bose Corporation IE2 Audio Headphones. ARV: $99.99.
