PRIZES: The approximate retail value (the “ARV”) of the prize is up to $4,238.00 and consists of the following: (a) two (2) BMO Vancouver Marathon race bibs (ARV $238.00) for the BMO Vancouver Marathon on May 3, 2015 in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada (winner and guest are not required to participate in the race); and (b) trip to Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada for the winner and one (1) guest to the 2015 BMO Vancouver Marathon in Vancouver, British Columbia Canada on May 3, 2015, which trip prize will include: (i) economy class round-trip airfare for the winner and one (1) guest from a major commercial airport gateway within Continental North America that is closest to the winner’s residence to/from a major commercial airport near Vancouver, British Columbia, as determined by Administrator/Sponsor within its sole discretion (ARV up to $1,500.00); (ii) three (3) nights standard double occupancy hotel accommodations at a hotel selected by Administrator/Sponsor within its sole discretion (hotel accommodations include hotel nightly rate and tax only) (ARV up to $1,000.00); (iv) travelers check to use toward other travel expenses (ARV $1,000); travelers checks may be reduced at Administrator’s discretion if the actual airfare is over the ARV limit stated herein; (v) Saucony Gift Card (ARV $500). Trip prize/travel must be used and completed by May 3, 2015, and some blackout and holiday dates may apply. Trip must be booked by January 1, 2015. Blackout and holiday dates apply. Winner must provide Administrator with three (3) dates for travel and any travel information; however, the dates on which the winner will travel for the trip will be determined at Administrator’s discretion based on availability. There is a total of one (1) prize to be awarded to one (1) winner.
