Grand Prize: (1 winner) Two tickets to the race scheduled to be held at Talladega Superspeedway on Sunday, April 26, 2009, access to the Pepsi Suite, a tour of the #24 Hauler, Garage and Pit and an opportunity to meet Jeff Gordon and members of the #24 Team. Estimated retail value (“ERV”) of Grand Prize: $888. All other expenses not specifically mentioned herein (i.e. travel to and from event) are solely the responsibility of prize winner and their guest. Tickets must be used on the date specified; no alternative dates are available. Winner’s guest must be 19 years of age or older. In order to claim prize, additional releases and/or waivers of liability required by Talladega Superspeedway, LLC and/or any applicable sanctioning body may also be required as applicable. No responsibility is assumed by Sponsor if Jeff Gordon does not qualify, is disqualified from and/or does not finish the April 26, 2009 race nor shall any responsibility be assumed by Sponsor for any cancelled or delayed events beyond its control.
Contigent Prize: Prize winner will also have a chance to win a $200,000 prize if Jeff Gordon, driving the #24 car, is officially declared the first place winner by the governing sanctioning body of the April 26, 2009 race at Talladega Superspeedway. Actual retail value of contingent prize: $200,000.
