Then tell us about your crush by typing a story of no more than five hundred (500) characters in the field provided. PLEASE NOTE: The length or content of the story has no bearing on the selection of the Grand Prize winner (defined below). Grand Prize winner will be selected at random.
When prompted, click “Give it a Go” and select your favorite Outback Steakhouse location.
When prompted click “Keep Going” and complete the official Sweepstakes entry form in its entirety, including your first name, last name, home address, city, state, zip code, mobile phone number (including area code), date of birth and email address.
After pressing the “Submit” button and sharing this Sweepstakes with your friends (if desired), and upon clicking the “Next” button Entrants will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.

You may only enter one (1) time during the Sweepstakes Period.

One (1) Grand Prize of a “Dreaming Tree – Crush Experience” will be awarded to the Grand Prize Winner. The Grand Prize package includes:
(a) Roundtrip coach-class air transportation for the Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest from a major airport near Grand Prize winner’s residence to Sonoma, CA. Sponsor will determine airline and flight itinerary in its sole discretion. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight. If in the judgment of Sponsor air travel is not required due to Grand Prize winner’s proximity to prize location, ground transportation will be substituted for roundtrip air transportation at Sponsor’s sole discretion;
(b) two (2) nights hotel accommodations, double occupancy, in Sonoma at a hotel to be determined by the Sponsor at their sole discretion and one (1) night hotel accommodations, double occupancy, in Mountain View at a hotel to be determined by the Sponsor at their sole discretion;
(c) a one hundred and fifty dollar ($150.00) VISA Gift card to be used towards a rental car while on the trip or at Grand Prize winner’s sole choosing;
(d) a tour of the Simi Winery and Clos du Bois Winery. Timing of each tour will be provided by the Sponsor upon final awarding of the Grand Prize;
(e) lunch or dinner (including food and non-alcoholic beverages) on September 7, 2012 and September 8, 2012. Sponsor shall determine the meal (either lunch or dinner) for each day, subject to availability; and
(f) two (2) tickets to the Dave Matthews Band Concert held at Shoreline Amphitheatre (the “Venue” located at 1 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043) on September 9, 2012.

The total approximate retail value (the “ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $1,925. Grand Prize winner/Travel Companion must travel between the dates of September 7, 2012 and September 10, 2012, and must confirm travel dates with Sponsor upon claiming Grand Prize at time of Notification or Grand Prize will be forfeited. In such case, no alternate prize will be awarded to such Grand Prize winner and an alternate Grand Prize winner may be selected, time permitting. All travel is subject to availability at time of request, blackout dates (including holidays) and other restrictions may apply. Tickets/itineraries are final once confirmed and may not be changed for any reason, other than at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Grand Prize winner and Travel Companion must travel on same itinerary and must have valid required travel documents (i.e., valid photo ID, passport, birth certificate, etc.) before departure. Grand Prize winner and Travel Companion are solely responsible for determining and obtaining, each at his/her own cost, required travel documents. Travel Companion must be twenty one (21) years of age or older to accompany the Grand Prize winner.
