PRIZING: Grand Prize (1): Grand Prize Winner will be awarded a private movie theater screening of “Rango” for the Grand Prize Winner, his or her Parent and up to twenty-nine (29) guests (three of the guests must be over the age of eighteen (18) and be willing to serve as chaperones) (Parents and guests shall be collectively be referred to as the “Guests”) in the Grand Prize Winner’s hometown or in a location within a twenty (20) mile radius (the “Movie Screening”). Movie Screening includes (i) a two (2)-hour auditorium rental; (ii) roundtrip limousine transportation from the Grand Prize Winner’s home to the Movie Screening for the Grand Prize Winner and his/her Parent; (iii) red carpet experience, including a red carpet, soft lights, C-stand with spring loaded base, chrome stanchions, velvet ropes and all cables and hardware; (iv) a “paparazzi experience” with up to two (2) photographers taking pictures of the Grand Prize Winner and his/her Guests; and (v) snacks and drinks for the Grand Prize Winner and his or her Guests. All meals, ground transportation, and incidentals not described herein and incurred by the Grand Prize Winner and his/her Guests will be the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner and his/her Guests. Any person that participates in the Movie Screening that is not deemed a Guest must pay his/her own expenses. Grand Prize Winner must be accompanied at the Movie Screening (including travel to and from) by his or her Parent. Total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $4,800.
