PRIZE/ODDS OF WINNING: Only the Prize listed below will be awarded in this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
One (1) Prize will be awarded which will consist of a trip (“Trip”) for the Prize Winner and up to three (3) guests (“Guest(s)”) to WINNER’S CHOICE of either Universal Orlando Resort OR Universal Studios Hollywood.
If Winner selects the Trip to Universal Orlando Resort in Orlando, Florida (“Orlando Trip”), Prize will include the following:
Round-trip coach-class air transportation for up to four (4) people from a major airport near Winner’s home (as determined by Universal Orlando in its sole discretion) to Orlando, FL. Winner will be responsible for ground transportation to/from the airport of origin;
Non-exclusive ground transportation for up to four (4) people from/to the airport in Orlando, Florida and to/from the hotel;
Hotel accommodations, room and tax only, for up to four (4) people in the form of one (1) standard room (quadruple occupancy) at a Universal Orlando Resort™ hotel (specific room and hotel to be selected by Universal Orlando in its sole discretion) for three (3) consecutive nights.
Theme park admission to Universal Studios Florida™, Universal’s Islands of Adventure™ and Universal’s Volcano Bay™ in the form of up to four (4) 3-Park 3-Day Park-to-Park tickets.
The Fair Market Value (“FMV”) of the Orlando Trip is Four Thousand One Hundred Three and 92/100 Dollars ($4,103.92) (actual value may vary depending on departure date and location).

If Winner selects the Trip to Universal Studios Hollywood in Los Angeles, California (“Hollywood Trip”), Prize will include the following:
· Round-trip coach-class air transportation for up to four (4) people from a major airport near winner’s home (as determined by Universal Studios Hollywood in its sole discretion) to Los Angeles, CA. Winner will be responsible for ground transportation to/from the airport of origin;
· Non-exclusive ground transportation for up to four (4) people from/to airport in Los Angeles, CA and to/from the hotel;
Hotel accommodations, room and tax only, for up to four (4) people in the form of one (1) standard room (quadruple occupancy) at the Sheraton Universal Hotel or other local hotel (specific room and hotel to be selected by Universal Studios Hollywood in its sole discretion) for three (3) consecutive nights.
· Theme park admission to Universal Studios Hollywood in the form of up to four (4) 2-day General Admission tickets.
