Grand Prize: (1 winner) Trip for two people plus one parent or legal guardian of the winner, if winner is a minor, consisting of tickets to attend the Neutrogena Fresh Faces of Music VIP Event, featuring appearances by Neutrogena spokesperson currently scheduled for a date between September 10 and September 22, 2009 in Los Angeles, including VIP access, a meet-and-greet with Neutrogena spokespersons, round-trip coach air transportation on a Sponsor-selected carrier between Sponsor-selected major metropolitan airport nearest winner’s residence and a Sponsor-selected major airport in or near the destination city, 2-nights double/triple-occupancy hotel accommodations (as applicable) (one room), and $500 in spending money for the winner only (ARV $5,000)
Actual value of Grand Prize may vary based on point of departure and age of Grand Prize winner. Grand Prize winner and guests must travel together on the same itinerary and are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents. All travel arrangements must be made through Sponsor’s agent, on a carrier of Sponsor’s choice. If any Grand Prize winner resides within a 100-mile radius of destination, ground transportation may be provided in lieu of air transportation and no compensation or substitution will be provided for difference in prize value. Grand Prize winner and guest(s) must travel together on the same itinerary and on dates specified by Sponsor or forfeit all prize benefits and Sponsor will have no further obligation to winner. Travel companions: a.) if winner is a minor, at least one parent/legal guardian must accompany him/her on the trip; b.) if both winner and guest are minors, the parent or legal guardian of the minor guest will be required to execute a Liability/Publicity Release form giving permission for his/her child to travel with the minor winner and his/her parent or legal guardian; c.) if winner is an adult, guest must be of legal age of majority in his/her state of residence (and at least 18) and prize only applies to a maximum of two people. Grand Prize Neutrogena Fresh Faces of Music VIP Event tickets will be awarded to winner and one guest plus one parent/legal guardian, if winner or guest is a minor. If Grand Prize winner and one guest are not minors, only two Neutrogena Fresh Faces of Music VIP Event tickets will be awarded. Tickets are subject to terms and conditions specified thereon. Grand Prize winner and guests must comply with all venue rules and regulations. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of prize element. Any costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not mentioned above as being provided are the winner’s responsibility, including any ground transportation, meals, luggage fees, gratuities and souvenirs with respect to the Grand Prize winner. If Sponsor is unable to provide tickets to the Neutrogena Fresh Faces of Music VIP Event, no compensation or substitution will be provided; however, remainder of prize package will be awarded and Sponsor will have no further obligation to winner. No substitution for any prize by a winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. Federal, state and local taxes associated with acceptance and use of any prize are the winner’s responsibility.
