Prize: Prize consists of a trip for two (2) winners and one (1) guest per winner. Winners will serve as the honorary coaches of the Sprint NBA All-Star Celebrity Game. Winner and one (1) guest (who is at least eighteen (18) years old, or child of the winner) will have the opportunity to travel to Orlando, Florida to attend the NBA All-Star 2012 Events in Orlando, Florida. Five (5) day, four (4) night getaway from February 23, 2012 through February 27, 2012. The prize includes the following: (i) two (2) round-trip coach-class air transportation tickets for winner and guest from an airport located nearest to the winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion); (ii) four (4) nights standard hotel accommodations (one (1) room, double occupancy); (iii) two (2) tickets to the Sprint NBA All-Star Celebrity Game; (iv) two (2) tickets to the NBA All-Star Game; (v) ground transportation to and from the Orlando International Airport, and hotel; Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each prize is $4,000.00. The approximate retail value of all prizes is $ 8,000.00.
