Bonus Entries:
I. Enter a Code: You will need a code (“Code”) to obtain bonus entries through this method. There are two (2) ways to obtain a Code:
a. Watch SPEED channel: There will be two (2) Codes displayed during the NASCAR All-Star Race on May 19, 2012 between 7:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. ET on the SPEED channel.
b. Free Code: To obtain bonus entries without watching SPEED channel, use “MONEY” as your Code.
Prizes: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE IS AVAILABLE. The Grand Prize Winner (the “Grand Prize Winner”) will receive Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) in the form of a check.

ONE (1) FIRST PRIZE IS AVAILABLE. The First Prize Winner (the “First Prize Winner”) will receive Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) in the form of a check.

TWO (2) SECOND PRIZES ARE AVAILABLE. Each Second Prize Winner (each a “Second Prize Winner”) will receive an HD TV. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Second Prize is Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00).
The total ARV for all Second Prizes combined is Four Thousand Dollars ($4,000.00).

ONE HUNDRED NINETY (190) THIRD PRIZES ARE AVAILABLE. Each Third Prize Winner (each a “Third Prize Winner”) will receive a $25 SPEED Shop gift card (terms and conditions apply). The ARV for each Third Prize is Twenty Five Dollars ($25.00).
The total ARV for all Third Prizes combined is Four Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Dollars ($4,750.00).
