PRIZE AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”): One (1) grand prize (“Grand Prize” or “Prize”) will be awarded. Grand Prize Winner (“Grand Prize Winner” or “Winner”) will receive an Impractical Jokers Island® package to Nassau, Bahamas, departing on February 10th, 2020- February 14th, 2020 , for winner and one (1) guest (together with the winner, the “Group”), consisting of a four (4) night cruise on the Norwegian Pearl (“Ship”) (the “Trip”). Trip consists of the following elements for the Group: [a] one (1) stateroom (quad occupancy) aboard Ship; [b] all onboard meals (with exception of specialty restaurants as listed on the Impractical Jokers Island® website); [c] pre-paid gratuities, Taxes, Fees and Port Expenses (as defined on the Impractical Jokers Island® website); [d] a fifteen hundred dollar ($1500 US) Delta Air Lines gift card for travel (there is no compensation for mileage driven or reimbursement for fuel or a rented vehicle), [e] a two hundred and fifty dollar ($250 US) VISA gift card, [f] The Misery Index game, and [g] The Misery Index poster. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize is $4,780.00 US, which will vary depending upon seasonal fluctuation of cruise at the time Trip is booked. All benefits are personal to the winner and are not redeemable for cash and neither is assignable nor transferrable. Ten (10) secondary prizes (“Secondary Prize”) will be awarded.
