PRIZE, ODDS OF WINNING PRIZE and APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”): The prizes for this sweepstakes consist of the following (collectively, the “Prizes”). THREE (3) GRAND PRIZES – each consisting of a trip for winner and one (1) guest to Indianapolis, IN to attend Super Bowl XLVI scheduled to occur on February 5, 2012 (hereinafter referred to as the “Game”). Grand Prize includes round-trip coach air transportation for winner and guest from an airport nearest the winner’s home within the continental U.S. to Indianapolis, IN, one (1) double occupancy standard hotel room for four (4) nights, two (2) tickets to the Game, two (2) tickets to the Pepsi® Super Bowl Party, backstage concert passes, entry to the Rookie of the Year award ceremony, and other possible events (hereinafter referred to collectively as the “Events”), ground transportation between hotel, Game, and Events, $3,000 in spending money and two (2) gift bags.
