One (1) Grand Prize Winner will win a trip for two (2) people, to New York, New York. The Grand Prize Trip will include:
 • roundtrip coach-class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and the Guest from the gateway airport closest to Grand Prize Winner’s home (selected by the Sponsor in its sole discretion) to New York, New York;
 • three (3) days/two (2) nights hotel accommodations (single room, double occupancy) in a hotel to be determined in the Sponsor’s sole discretion,
 • round-trip transportation between the airport and hotel,
 • $200 spending cash (awarded in the form a check payable to Grand Prize Winner),
 • one (1) $250 gift certificate to www.Broadway.com for the Grand Prize Winner and Guest’s use during the Grand Prize Trip.

 If the Grand Prize Winner lives within two hundred (200) miles from the metropolitan New York Area, then the Sponsor may elect to provide the Grand Prize Winner and the Guest with ground transportation to the hotel and no compensation or substitution will be provided for any difference in prize value. The Grand Prize Winner and the Guest must be able to travel to New York, New York on or before June 30, 2012 (note that there are “blackout dates” so that travel and the trip may not take place between November 20, 2011 – January 6, 2012), which is the date the trip will expire. If a Grand Prize Winner is disqualified for any reason, cannot travel on the dates selected, or refuses to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability & Publicity Release, then the Sponsor may randomly select a new Grand Prize Winner from the pool of eligible Entrants or may cancel the Grand Prize Trip. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is USD $3,610.

 First Prize (5): There will be five (5) First Prize Winners who will each receive one (1) $50 electronic gift certificate to the New York City web gift store, http://www.nycwebstore.com/ and one (1) $25 gift card to iTunes.
 The Total ARV of each First Prize is $75. Total ARV of all First Prizes is $375.
