Johnsonville Sausage “Wake Up To Johnsonville” Grand Prize Contest

To enter the Contest, register at www.johnsonville.com/news (the “Website”) or on the Contest application accessible via the Johnsonville Kitchens Facebook Page and submit a picture of your homemade “Wake Up To Johnsonville” breakfast dish containing any Johnsonville® Sausage (“Entry”) during the Contest Period. Complete the official online entry form, including your name, address, date of birth, daytime telephone number, and upload a photo of your “Wake Up To Johnsonville” breakfast dish including your dish name and brief description; then submit your entry per the instructions on the Website or the Contest application. The photo should not include any identifiable individuals. Other food items, beverages, garnishes, etc. in the photo will not be considered in the judging. The name of the “Wake Up To Johnsonville” breakfast dish may not include any trademarks, except for the Johnsonville® brand.
Prizes: One (1) Grand prize: (A.) One “Wake Up To Johnsonville” Prize Package including an 11 piece Professional Cookware Set with Bonus Utensil Set from Scanpan®; and (B.) One Year’s Supply of Johnsonville Sausage. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of Grand Prize: $1,020. No cash option is available. The Grand Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and non-negotiable for cash. No substitution of the Grand Prize or any component thereof is permitted, except in the discretion of the Sponsor, which reserves the right to substitute the Grand Prize for a prize of equal or greater value. All federal, state and local taxes on Grand Prize value, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of winner. An IRS Form 1099 will be issued if required by law. Grand Prize winner may have his or her picture and winning recipe placed on the Johnsonville Kitchen’s Website/Facebook page and as part of a news releases for the brand.

Four (4) Finalist prizes: (A.) a 2-piece Professional Fry Pan Set from Scanpan® Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $200 each. Total ARV of Finalist Prizes: $800. No prize transfers, cash redemptions or substitutions except by Sponsor as provided herein. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion; to award a prize of equal or greater value should the advertised prize become unavailable. All prizes will be awarded, provided they are properly claimed. Finalists will be responsible for all applicable taxes.

Total ARV of all Prizes: $1,820.
