One hundred and thirty (130) Grand Prizes of tickets to professional soccer games for the North America region of the International Champions Cup presented by Guinness will be awarded, with ten (10) Grand Prizes for each of the following game dates/locations:

July 17	Seattle, WA	Club America v. Manchester United
July 21	Harrison, NJ	Paris Saint-Germain v. Fiorentina
July 21	Berkeley, CA	Manchester United v. San Jose Earthquakes
July 21	Pasadena, CA	FC Barcelona v. LA Galaxy
July 22	Harrison, NJ	New York Red Bulls v. Chelsea
July 24	East Hartford, CT	SL Benfica v. Fiorentina
July 25	Santa Clara, CA	FC Barcelona v. Manchester United
July 25	Charlotte, NC	Paris Saint-Germain v. Chelsea
July 26	Harrison, NJ	New York Red Bulls v. SL Benfica
July 28	Landover, MD	Chelsea v. FC Barcelona
July 29	Chicago, IL	Manchester United v. Paris Saint-Germain

Each winner will receive two (2) tickets for winner and a guest for attendance to professional soccer game (specific seats at Sponsor’s sole discretion) in one (1) of the above locations on indicated date. In all cases, you are strongly advised only to enter a drawing if you are interested and available to attend the professional soccer game (or one (1) of the available soccer game(s), as the case may be) being offered as prize(s) in that drawing. Winner and guest are solely responsible for travel to/from soccer game and for unspecified incidental expenses in conjunction with attendance at game. Approximate retail value of each Grand Prize: $100.00.
