The “Contest Entry Phase” starts on March 4, 2013 at 12:00 PM ET and ends on
 April 14, 2013 at 11:59:59 PM ET. During the Entry Phase, eligible Contestants
 (defined in Section 2 of these Official Rules), may enter the Contest by following the
 instructions stated in Section 4. Contestants must submit their entry into the Contest
 on or before April 14, 2013 at 11:59:59 PM ET.

 2) The “Public Voting and Game Phase” starts on April 15, 2013 at 12:00:00 AM ET
 and ends on April 28, 2013 at 11:59:59 PM ET. During the Voting and Game Phase,
 eligible Voters (defined in Section 2) may vote for his/her favorite Contest entries and
 play the Game by following the instructions set forth in Section 8. Voters must submit
 his/her vote to play the Game on or before April 28, 2013 at 11:59:59 PM ET.

 Contestant must follow the on-screen instructions to submit an essay (not exceeding 3,000 characters in length) describing his/her dream epic play date that he/she would love to experience with his/her family. To submit an entry, the Contestant:
 1) Must select an epic play date category from the on-screen menu for his/her essay;
 2) Must either, at the Contestant’s sole discretion submit a photo (“Photo”) in one of the
 following ways: (i) upload a photograph, or (ii) select a photograph from the options
 provided on-screen illustrating his/her dream epic play date that he/she would love to
 experience with his/her family;
 3) Must submit a title of his/her Entry (not less than 5 and not exceeding 60 characters
 in length); and
 4) Must submit an essay (not exceeding 3,000 characters in length) describing his/her
 dream epic play date that he/she would love to experience with his/her family
 (“Essay”).

 The Judges will judge and score each Entry according to the following criteria: (1) Feasibility – 50%, (2) Originality – 16.68%, (3) Creativity – 16.66%, and (4) Marketability – 16.66% (“Judges’ Score”).

 There is a maximum of one (1) Entry per eligible Contestant during the entire Promotion Period. If it is discovered that a Contestant attempts to submit more than one (1) Entry into the Contest,

PUBLIC VOTING AND HOW TO PLAY THE INSTANT WIN GAME
 Limit one (1) Game Play per Voter per day. Limit five (5) total Votes per day but a
 Voter may only submit one (1) Vote per day per Entry (e.g., in a day a Voter can submit up to five (5) Votes – one (1) Vote for up to five (5) different Entries).

 Contest Grand Prize (1): The Contest Grand Prize Winner will receive a custom epic
 play date experience inspired by the Contest Grand Prize Winner’s Entry in a manner
 determined by Sponsor or its authorized designee in its sole and absolute discretion
 (“Contest Grand Prize”). The Contest Grand Prize consists of a three (3) day/two (2)
 night trip for five (5) people – the Contest Grand Prize Winner and up to four (4) guests
 (individually, “Guest” and collectively “Guests”) – to a location inspired by Contest Grand
 Prize Winner’s Entry in the contiguous 48 United States (“Location”). The Trip includes
 round-trip coach class airfare for up to five (5) people (Winner and Guests) between the
 major commercial airport closest to Winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor in its
 sole discretion) and Location major commercial airport; two (2) nights standard hotel
 accommodations at a hotel selected by Sponsor (three (3) standard double occupancy
 rooms); ground transportation between the airport and hotel while in Location; and a
 prize package (include up to 2 activities per day based on winning Entry,

 collectively “Guests”) – to (1) Scottsdale, Arizona (“Trip”). The Trip includes round-trip
 coach class airfare for up to five (5) people (Winner and Guests)
