Prize: The Winner (hereinafter defined) will receive the following:
A. A trip for the Winner and one (1) guest of Winner (“Guest”), to Dallas, Texas to attend a semifinal game at the Goodyear Cotton Bowl (“Cotton Bowl Event”), on or about December 31, 2021, but subject to change in Sponsor’s sole discretion. The trip will include: (i) round trip coach class air transportation for Winner and Guest which shall originate from an airport of Sponsor’s choice near Winner’s primary residence in the U.S. to destination, with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $2,000; (ii) three (3) nights hotel accommodations in destination for Winner and Guest, which will be one (1) standard room based on double occupancy (meals, telephone calls, tips, gratuities, and other incidentals and costs are not included), with an ARV of $1,500; (iii) two (2) tickets to the Cottom Bowl Event, with an ARV of $1,400; and (iv) one (1) $500 pre-paid gift card (subject to the terms and conditions of the gift card), with an ARV of $500, collectively (the “Cotton Bowl Event Prize”), AND
B. A trip for the Winner and one (1) guest of Winner (“Guest”), to Indianapolis, Indiana to attend the CFP National Championship (“CFP National Championship Event”), on or about January 10, 2021, but subject to change in Sponsor’s sole discretion. The trip will include: (i) round trip coach class air transportation for Winner and Guest which shall originate from an airport of Sponsor’s choice near Winner’s primary residence in the U.S. to destination, with an ARV of $2,000; (ii) three (3) nights hotel accommodations in destination for Winner and Guest, which will be one (1) standard room based on double occupancy (meals, telephone calls, tips, gratuities, and other incidentals and costs are not included), with an ARV of $3,000; (iii) two (2) tickets to the CFP National Championship Event, with an ARV of $2,000; and (iv) one (1) $500 pre-paid gift card (subject to the terms and conditions of the gift card), with an ARV of $500, collectively (the “CFP National Championship Event Prize”).
The Cotton Bowl Event Prize and the CFP National Championship Event Prize will hereinafter collectively be referred to as the (“Prize” or “Prizes”). The total ARV of the Prizes is $12,900.
