Only open to entrants who, as of the entry date, are legal residents of one of the following states: Alaska (AK), Arizona (AZ), California (CA), Colorado (CO), Hawaii (HI), Iowa (IA), Idaho (ID), Illinois (IL), Minnesota (MN), Missouri (MO), Montana (MT), Nebraska (NE), Nevada (NV), New Mexico (NM), North Dakota (ND), Oregon (OR), South Dakota (SD), Utah (UT), Washington (WA), Wisconsin (WI), and Wyoming (WY) and who are at least eighteen (18) years old.
Twenty (20) prizes will be awarded in this Sweepstakes. A Prize consists of and is limited to one (1) S&W Beans “Chili Kit”, which consists of one (1) of each of the following: slow cooker, bamboo spoon, ladle, magnetic grocery list, can strainer, and three 3) cans of S&W Beans (items as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). ARV of Prize is $50.00.
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of all prizes to be awarded in this Sweepstakes is $1,000.
