Dick’s Sporting Goods “DSG Pledge” Promotion
HOW TO ENTER: There are two (2) ways to enter by submitting a post (“Posting”) during the Promotional Period:
1. Twitter: Become a follower of Dick’s Sporting Goods (http://twitter.com/dicks ) on Twitter, if you are not already, and then tweet a photo or message of your New Year’s Pledge “DSGPledge” on Twitter using the hashtag #DSGPledge.
2. Instagram: Become a follower of Dick’s Sporting Goods (http://instagram.com/dickssportinggo
Limit one (1) Entry per person during each Phase of the Promotional Period, regardless of method of entry. All Entries must be received by 11:00 p.m. ET on the last day of the Promotional Period. No person is eligible to win more than one time for the duration of the Promotion. All Instagram and Twitter accounts must be publicly accessible and public until the end of the Promotion Period.
PERIOD: The Promotion begins at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on December 30th, 2013 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on January 31, 2014 (the “Promotional Period”). The Promotional Period will consist of five (5) phases (each a “Phase”).
Phase 1 will begin on December 30th, 2013 at 12:01 a.m. ET and end at 11:59 p.m. ET on January 4, 2014.
Phase 2 will begin on January 5, 2014 at 12:00 a.m. and end at 11:59 p.m. ET on January 11, 2014.
Phase 3 will begin on January 12, 2014 at 12:00 a.m. and end at 11:59 p.m. ET on January 18, 2014.
Phase 4 will begin on January 19, 2014 at 12:00 a.m. and end at 11:59 p.m. ET on January 25, 2014.
Phase 5 will begin on January 26, 2014 at 12:00 a.m. and end at 11:59 p.m. ET on January 31, 2014.
WINNERS PRIZE SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION:
This is a game of chance. Odds of winning are based on eligible number of Entries. There are five phases to this promotion:
At approximately 8:00 am ET on January 6, 2014, (“Phase One Drawings” or “Phase One”), one potential winner will be chosen in a random drawing, among all eligible Entries received during the Phase One of the Promotional Period, to receive a $100 gift card.
At approximately 8:00 am ET on January 13, 2014, (“Phase Two Drawing” or “Phase Two”), one potential winner will be chosen in a random drawing, among all eligible Entries received during Phase One and Phase Two of the Promotional Period, to receive one $100 gift card.
At approximately 8:00 am ET on January 20, 2014, (“Phase Three Drawing” or “Phrase Three”), one potential winner will be chosen in a random drawing, among all eligible Entries received during Phase One, Phase Two and Phase Three of the Promotional Period, to receive one $100 gift card.
