Actual value of Grand Prize Package will depend on airfare fluctuations and point of departure. Any difference between stated value and actual value will not be awarded. Winner and guest must have a valid passport and be available to travel between September 30 and December 31st, 2014 or prize will automatically be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected, time permitting. In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency, disaster or any other circumstance beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right to either provide an alternative travel destination to the same value as the original prize or, subject to any applicable laws or written directions made under applicable legislation, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion. Winner’s guests must be 21 years of age or older, unless the winner is the parent/legal guardian of the guest. Grand Prize winner will be required to sign a Winner’s Agreement and Release and will have to supply their Social Security number for tax purposes. The documents will need to be notarized and returned by date specified in notification letter or the prize will be forfeited in its entirety. Travel companion selection must be finalized at time release is signed and once chosen may not be changed. Winner and companions must travel together on the same travel itinerary and on dates agreed upon. Flight details are subject to space availability, and airline carrier’s regulations and conditions apply. Third-party groups used during trip – travel agents, guides, car companies, hotels, or others – may also have their own terms of use, which shall apply. All arrangements regarding travel will be made at Sponsor’s sole discretion. No arrangements, substitution or transfer of prize by the winner is permitted. Expenses not specifically stated are the sole responsibility of the winner. If winner is unable to travel by the deadline specified, prize will be forfeited. Grand Prize winner acknowledges that the Sponsor has not and will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen tickets, vouchers, certificates, prizes, or prize components once they are in the Grand Prize winner’s possession. The trip may not be combined with any other offer, and travel may not qualify for frequent flyer miles. Any picture identification requirements and travel documents (including passports) associated with travel are the winner’s and companions’ responsibility.
