Prize: (1 winner) trip for two (2) to St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands, to attend the Paradise Jam Men’s Basketball Tournament. The trip includes round trip coach air travel for two (2) from a major commercial airport near winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor), double occupancy hotel accommodations for four (4) nights, airport/hotel transfers in St. Thomas via private sedan, a $100 taxi allowance for transportation to/from the Paradise Jam tournament, admission to the 2008 Paradise Jam tournament, and the winner’s choice of one activity (either a three hour kayak trip or one hour of parasailing). Expenses not specified are winner’s responsibility. Total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is Four Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy Eight Dollars ($4,978.00). Actual value may vary depending on winner’s residence and seasonal rates. Travel and accommodations are subject to availability and certain restrictions. Air carriers, hotels and other transportation selected by Sponsor. Trip must be taken at the time of the Paradise Jam Men’s Basketball Tournament (November 20 – November 24, 2008). Winners who are unable to travel on those dates will forfeit prize package and an alternate Grand Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. Winner and guest must travel on the same itinerary, must have all necessary identification (e.g. a valid government-issued identification card or valid U.S. passport) required for travel to the U.S. Virgin Islands, and will be responsible for any travel insurance and for all trip expenses not specified. Sponsors are not responsible for flight delays or cancellations, game delays or cancellations. Odds of winning will be determined by the number of eligible entries received for each drawing.
No cash alternative or prize substitutions will be allowed, except Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize(s) of comparable value if the prize listed is unavailable for any reason
