Grand Prize: One (1) Winner will receive a Grand Prize (1) (the “Grand Prize” or the “Prize”) comprised of the
following: a) two (2) tickets to 2024 WWE SummerSlam currently scheduled to be held in Cleveland, Ohio on August
3, 2024; (b) Round trip, coach class air transportation for the Winner and one (1) guest (the “Guest”) from the major
airport nearest the Winner’s residence (on an airline and airport as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to
Cleveland, Ohio (the “Host City”); (c) Standard hotel accommodations for two (2) consecutive nights (1 room, double
occupancy) for the Winner and Guest in the Host City as such hotel is selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion; (d)
one (1) $250 Visa Gift Card to use for transportation, food, and other incidental expenses; (e) one (1) signed WWE
Championship replica title; (f) a one (1) year supply of C4 Performance Energy® and C4 Ultimate Energy® (12 total
cases); and (g) one (1) VIP Experience for the Winner and Guest at the 2024 WWE SummerSlam, which includes a
photo opportunity at the ring prior to showtime. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $2,500.00.
